The Inside Out Narrative™
Everyone eventually asks the same questions; what should we communicate, how should we do it, and will it work?
The Inside Out Narrative™ approach works in two stages.
The first stage uncovers what is already there: the knowledge, lived experience, and insights that exist within a leader or an organisation. The second stage shapes that material into narratives and communication built around a clear purpose, so that every message, story, and touchpoint lands.
Developed over close to two decades of practice, including years of working with TED, the approach is built on a simple principle: when the substance is clear, communication finds its own force.
What people say
One of the good things about working with Ajit is that he doesn’t walk in with a rule book of public speaking. He allows enough space to bring out the personal narrative by understanding the many stories and ideas that we have to share. I always felt an emotional connect while engaging with him and it reflects in his work as well. He has an incredible ability of bringing ideas to life.

In my weeks of communication while he was coaching me for my talk at a conference in Nepal and then in India, I came to realise his ease in narratives, he speaks as if it were his own. A good storyteller & someone who has a very pragmatic approach. He’s focused, well informed and highly knowledgeable and I see in him a genuinely good person as willing to hear a story as telling one himself. Storytelling is his forte!

Ajit’s hard work on the TED Talks India Nayi Soch series reflected deep commitment and care. I truly appreciated the effort he put in, and I know the TED speakers valued his support and guidance throughout their journey as well.

Ajit does a great job at weaving story patterns into business communications. He incorporates complex information, numbers, and, facts into compelling narratives focusing on the audience's needs. He emphasizes on the key messages and then builds presentations, speech content & delivery around it, which has helped me and my team nail it every time.
